Gaurav Khanna's reality show winning streak ended following elimination from 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 15'

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], August 24 (ANI): Actor Gaurav Khanna has become the latest participant from 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 15' to be eliminated. With this, his streak of winning reality TV shows has come to an end.
In 2025, Gaurav emerged as the winner of 'Bigg Boss 19'. Before that, he won Celebrity MasterChef as well. However, he could not continue his winning streak this time, as he failed to make it to the next stage of the stunt-based reality show.
In an elimination task, he unfortunately got injured and had to abort the task. He competed against Shagun Sharma and Rubina Dilaik, and both did better than him.
The elimination stunt required contestants to leap from a narrow bridge onto a rotating one while collecting and placing flags of different colours. With both bridges suspended high above the water, maintaining balance made the task particularly difficult.
Gaurav began the task on a good note, but at one moment, he lost his balance and fell into the water. He sustained a shoulder injury during the task and eventually lost it to Shagun and Rubina.
Before Gaurav, Avika Gor faced elimination from the show. This was Avika's second stint on Khatron Ke Khiladi. She had previously participated in the show's Argentina leg in 2019.
Meanwhile, speaking with ANI recently, Avika admitted that while the show remains physically and mentally demanding, her previous stint was more challenging.
"This is not an easy show anyway. It's very challenging. But for me, my earlier season was much more difficult. The kind of stunts that were given to me in that season were more scary to me. So the stunts that I was performing right now did not really scare me to a level where I would feel that I should give up. But when I was watching others perform, it really made me very emotional because there were too many stunts where too many people were either getting injured or having emotional breakdowns and just witnessing all of that was not really easy," said the 'Sasural Simar Ka' actor.
