Bigg Boss is a popular Indian television reality show franchise based on the original Dutch format Big Brother. A group of contestants, known as "housemates", live together in the Bigg Boss house with no phones, internet, or contact with family, while being constantly monitored by cameras and microphones.
The contestants live under strict rules with limited luxuries, performing tasks assigned by an unseen authority figure known as Bigg Boss. Each week, housemates nominate peers for eviction, and the viewing public votes to save their favourite contestants via television or streaming apps.
The last remaining housemate in the house after several weeks wins the competition and a cash prize. (ANI)
