Jaipur (Rajasthan) [India], August 23 (ANI): Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma met with the Japanese delegation on Sunday to discuss industrial growth and investment.
The Chief Minister stated that Rajasthan and Japan share a long-standing relationship. In line with this, the state government is preparing a detailed roadmap for the growth of gems, jewellery, and other industries. Special facilities have been developed within the designated Japanese Zone, ensuring smooth and favourable infrastructure for Japanese companies, said a release.
During the meeting, he urged the Jaipur Jewellery Association and the Yamanashi Jewellery Association to collaborate through technology and investment to advance the gem and jewellery trade, thereby expanding business and generating maximum employment opportunities.

Recalling his visit to Japan in 2024, he mentioned that Japanese companies expressed gratitude after realizing three to four times higher returns on their investments in Rajasthan. He added that the state government warmly invites Japanese investors to establish industries in Rajasthan.
